Credit card link to a profile for adding or deleting when using Moneris integration
In Online Billing, you can add and delete credit cards when using the Moneris hosted vault in the 3.98 release.
Note: Your customers can delete their cards and add a new one, but there is no way for them to edit the expiration date on an existing card on file.
To set up for Moneris credit card integration

Log on to the Online Billing module as administrator. The Option screen displays.

Scroll down to Moneris Settings under Payment Options.

Enter the following information for the Moneris credit card:

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Save. Your Moneris-type credit card users can now enter their credit card information.
To add or delete a credit card of a customer when using Moneris integration
For customers whose want to add or delete credit card information, do the following:

Go to Online Billing using the Online Billing URL.

Log on with your email address and password. The Online Billing screen displays with these three tabs at the top: Statements, Online Payments, and Payment History.
Tip: After you enter your email/password again, select the Remember Me checkbox so this dialog box doesn’t display next time, but only if you are on a device that you will be using and not a public or shared computer.

Select the Online Payments tab from the top-middle of the page. The credit card information displays to the left of the screen.

To delete a card on this account, select the Delete button in the right corner of the section. A confirmation prompt displays. Click Yes if you are sure you want to remove this card. The card is removed.

To add a card to this account:

Select the Add New Card button at the bottom of the Credit Card section. The Add Credit Card page displays.

Select the Enter Credit Card button. The Pinpad Integration prompt displays.

Enter in the Cardholder Details section the information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Enter into the Account Details section the information exactly as it appears on your card.

Select Submit. The message: Receive Token Success displays.

Select Close in the top-right corner. The Online Payments screen displays the new card; you can use this card right away to make a payment on your account.
To use this card for payment

At this same screen to the right, select the Pay Other Amount radio button.

Enter the amount desired into the field, then select the Pay Now button. The Payment screen displays.
- Select the Pay button in the desired credit card “ending in” field. The amount you entered into the previous screen displays; you can change it now if needed.
- Select Pay Now. The Payment History Detail screen displays.
- Select Close OR if you need to contact the accounting department, select the Contact Accounting button. The Contact Us page displays the appropriate email address in the To field and the payment history details in the Subject line.
- Enter a message to the accounting department in the Message box.
- Click Send.
